What is Curbside Removal vs. Full Service?

Curbside materials must be easily available for our crews to load.  You do the work, removing your items and stacking them: 

  • Near the curb
  • Along the driveway
  • Near or inside the garage/carport

With full service removal, we do all the work.  Basements, attics, backyards – we move, load, and clean up after ourselves.

Are these prices estimates, or the real thing?

What you see is what you get.  No tricks or gimmicks.  If you land up needing more (or less) space than you estimate, no problem, we will adjust accordingly.  

Do you charge mileage fees, surcharges, weekend fees, or after hour fees?

Absolutely not.

Can I send you a picture to estimate how much space I’ll need?

Of course.  Send us any pics you like at info@smashmytrash.com.  But no matter what you have, you see our pricing already.  No surprises.

What about single item pricing, like a refrigerator?

No problem.  We remove and price based on volume alone.  Our pricing remains.  If you put it out for us, it’s even cheaper.

What items won’t you remove?

Our standard pricing prohibits the following items:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Dirt or Concrete
  • Construction Debris
  • Yard Waste
  • Paint / Chemicals
  • Fuel / Oil
  • Liquids

Can you remove construction debris and other heavy materials?

Yes.  However we quote these jobs individually.  Please call us or email us for more details on:

  • Yard debris and dirt
  • Construction debris
  • Non-hazardous liquids
  • Significant volumes of glass
  • Cement/cinder block/brick

What forms of payment do you accept?

Pay in advance or at the job site.  We accept all major forms of payment, including cash, cards, PayPal, and ACH payment.

We do not accept personal checks.
