“With each customer, we have a twofold approach. We want to decrease their carbon footprint and deliver monthly savings. Smash My Trash allows us to accomplish both.

We are able to greatly decrease carbon emissions by replacing pulls and returns with Smashes. This is fewer miles traveled by a truck.

As for savings, waste haulers are incentivized to haul open top when they are light. Smash My Trash allows us to maximize the space of an open-top and decrease the number of hauls in a month.

An additional benefit is to minimize the time a customer is left without capacity. A dump and return can take 2–3 hours. A manufacturer cannot afford not to have a place for their waste for that long. By substituting a Smash that takes a few minutes, the customer has less time throughout a month where they are left without a container.”
